the Australian Derivatives Exchange Ltd (ADX)is a newly formed and fully electronic futures exchange dealing in derivatives, futures and options markets. ADX proposes to be the Australian arm of an international alliance of exchanges (Globex) that includes members such as the Paris Bourse, Singapore Exchange DT and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, thus providing opportunities for increased liquidity by trading of products in multiple time zones through the Globex member exchanges.
